Dreadful service from the man behind the counter. Refused to accept a parcel of 'Articles for the blind' under their freepost scheme as he hadn't heard of it and wasn't the slightest bit interested in reading the information online or provided by the company I was returning it to. Refused to accept it and was totally dismissive.

Used that post office for years and was always well served. This week was served by a different member of staff, female, dark hair, 50ish who was rude, full of herself, and talked down to me. There is a sign saying must treat respectfully, but the staff should also treat customers respectfully. I am not impressed.

I have been to this branch multiple times within the last few weeks to pick parcels up and the man behind the desk is disgustingly rude every single time. One time I visited in my lunch at 1:35 to pick a parcel up and there was a sign saying it was closed until 2 for lunch. The man was sat behind the desk not doing anything so I asked if it was still closed and he was nothing but rude and unhelpful to me despite me being able to see my parcel directly behind him. Not a pleasant experience. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t do it.

Says on Google open until 5:30pm. Arrived today at 4:45pm and it’s closed. I asked a member of staff why? Their response was “oh the man who works here thinks if he starts half hour early he can leave half hour early”
Very annoying. Had an urgent parcel to post and now I am unable to. Ridiculous
